Your Responsibilities

• Welcome arriving guests with courtesy and guide them through available food and beverage options
• Record orders accurately and deliver meals, snacks, and drinks in a timely, polished manner
• Keep all F&B service stations clean, stocked, and presented to hotel standards throughout each shift
• Operate point-of-sale equipment to process payments securely and resolve simple billing questions
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar colleagues to ensure smooth preparation and presentation timing
• Respond promptly to guest preferences, special requests, and any concerns that arise
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including setup, restocking, and basic inventory checks

Skills & Qualifications

• Clear verbal communication skills and a naturally friendly, professional demeanour
• Background in restaurant, bar, or hotel food and beverage service is an advantage
• Capacity to stay organised and calm while managing busy periods
• Familiarity with hygiene, safety, and food-handling expectations in hospitality settings
• Team spirit combined with the ability to work autonomously when required
