Responsibilities

• Safely operate Class A commercial motor vehicles to transport tools, parts, and service equipment to customer sites around Houston, Texas
• Inspect, diagnose, repair, and maintain field-based systems and machinery according to established procedures
• Install and commission equipment at customer locations while following safety protocols and manufacturer guidelines
• Document service activities, parts usage, and findings clearly for accurate record-keeping and follow-up
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to schedule visits, explain work performed, and address any concerns
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance on assigned trucks to keep them road-ready and compliant
• Adhere to all applicable transportation regulations, workplace safety standards, and company quality practices during every assignment

Skills & Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL A) with a clean driving record
• Proven ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, or electromechanical systems in the field
• Strong mechanical aptitude and experience using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
• Capacity to work independently at customer sites while maintaining high safety and service standards
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for customer interactions and reporting
• Willingness to travel regularly within the Houston, Texas region as required for Field Service Technician - CDL A duties
• Physical ability to lift moderate equipment, work in varied weather conditions, and handle field service demands
