- Support audits and internal control checks by preparing documentation and explaining calculations
- Identify recurring issues or process gaps and recommend practical enhancements to contribute to continuous improvement
Skills & Qualifications
- Solid hands-on payroll experience, with demonstrated ability to handle a full payroll cycle independently; senior-level applicants should also show process-ownership expertise
- Strong command of payroll software and spreadsheet tools used for calculations and reporting
