Responsibilities

• Design, build and continuously refine SAP BW data models, InfoProviders and layered architectures that meet evolving business intelligence needs.
• Develop and maintain robust extract-transform-load processes to ensure accurate, timely data integration from multiple source systems.
• Create and optimise BW queries, multiproviders and related objects so end users receive consistent, high-performance reporting.
• Monitor system performance, resolve data quality or runtime issues, and apply best-practice tuning techniques.
• Work closely with German-speaking stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications and validated solutions.
• Produce clear technical documentation and knowledge-transfer materials that support long-term maintainability of the SAP BW landscape.

Who We're Looking For

• Substantial senior-level hands-on experience developing and supporting SAP BW implementations, including data modelling and process chains.
• Professional proficiency in German (spoken and written) to interact confidently with stakeholders and documentation.
• Solid command of core SAP BW concepts, extraction methods, data staging layers and performance optimisation approaches.
• Working knowledge of complementary technologies commonly used in BW projects, such as ABAP routines and HANA-based optimisations.
