What You'll Do

• A recognised qualification in social care, applied social studies or a closely related discipline
• Hands-on experience supporting adults or young people in a residential care or social care setting
• Clear interpersonal skills that enable calm communication with residents, families and other staff
• A genuine commitment to equality, dignity and person-centred practice in everyday work
• Reliability, patience and the ability to maintain professional boundaries under varying pressures
• Willingness to work full-time rosters that typically include evenings, weekends and bank holidays as part of a residential team
• Ability to keep accurate written and digital records in line with organisational and HIQA expectations
