Position Summary

You will guide clients through complex political environments, design integrated campaigns, and deliver strategic counsel that combines insight into current affairs with precise messaging. The position offers an 80–100 % workload within a full-time framework, allowing you to drive results while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams on assignments that demand both analytical rigour and creative flair.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive strategic communication plans that align political objectives with clear messaging frameworks for clients at CRK Zürich, CRK Bern.
• Design and oversee campaign concepts covering media relations, digital outreach, stakeholder engagement and public affairs interventions.
• Monitor political developments, analyse relevant policy issues and translate findings into actionable advice for senior decision-makers.
• Prepare briefings, speeches, position papers and campaign materials that reinforce brand or policy positions.
• Coordinate campaign execution across channels, manage timelines and evaluate outcomes to refine future strategies.
• Advise on reputation management and issue response, ensuring consistent and credible communication under pressure.
• Foster productive relationships with political stakeholders, media contacts and partner organisations to amplify campaign reach.
• Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to knowledge-sharing within the Myty team focused on Strategische Kommunikation, Politik & Campaigning.

Requirements

• Proven senior-level experience in strategic communication, political consulting or campaign management.
• Deep understanding of Swiss and European political processes together with practical expertise in public affairs and advocacy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English, with the ability to craft compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing multi-channel campaigns that achieve measurable results.
• Strong analytical capacity to assess stakeholder landscapes, media climates and policy opportunities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively under tight deadlines while maintaining high standards of accuracy.
• Willingness to operate on-site across CRK Zürich, CRK Bern as required for the Senior Berater:in: Strategische Kommunikation, Politik & Campaigning 80 - 100 % role.
