Core Duties

• Support the planning, tracking and status updates of ongoing projects involving artists
• Assist with artist calendar coordination, agenda preparation and basic liaison activities
• Prepare straightforward reports, maintain shared documentation and organise digital files
• Help facilitate remote team check-ins and ensure information flows smoothly across stakeholders
• Contribute to research tasks and administrative groundwork that keep project milestones on track
• Handle routine correspondence and status queries related to project delivery and artist support
