About the Role
This part-time physician opportunity allows you to provide continuity of care to patients across the lifespan while maintaining schedule flexibility. You'll work alongside an established, interdisciplinary clinical team committed to evidence-based family medicine and patient-centered care in a supportive healthcare setting.
What You'll Do
- Deliver comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions with a preventive care focus
- Collaborate with specialists and care team members to coordinate patient treatment
- Maintain detailed clinical documentation using electronic health records
- Educate patients and support informed decision-making about their health
- Participate in quality improvement and team-based care initiatives
What We're Looking For
- Active M.D. or D.O. with unrestricted Oregon medical license (or eligible to obtain)
- Board certification in Family Medicine or board-eligible status
- Strong clinical background in primary care and family medicine
- Proven ability to thrive in collaborative, team-based practice settings
- Proficiency with electronic health record systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with diverse patient populations
Compensation and Benefits
PeaceHealth offers competitive compensation including a first-year salary guarantee of $184,604.16 based on 0.6 FTE, a production-based pay structure, employment bonus, and relocation financial assistance to support your move to the Eugene area.
