Key Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse portfolio of family law cases across the full litigation lifecycle, from fact-finding through settlement or trial.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and negotiations with confidence and professionalism.
• Conduct thorough case investigation, build legal strategy, and prepare pleadings, motions, and supporting documentation.
• Advise clients clearly on their options, rights, and the likely path of their matter.

Qualifications
