Experienced A&P Mechanic – Various Shifts – Mesa, AZ

Textron Aviation is seeking an Experienced A&P Mechanic to join our Mesa, Arizona facility on a full-time basis. In this role, you'll maintain, inspect, and repair aircraft systems for Cessna and Beechcraft aircraft—industry-leading brands trusted by aviation professionals worldwide—while supporting our mission to keep general aviation flying safely and reliably.

About the Role

As an A&P Mechanic at Textron Aviation's Mesa location, you'll perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on general aviation aircraft. This is a multi-shift position offering flexibility and career stability within a nine-decade legacy of aviation excellence. You'll work on complex mechanical and electrical systems, diagnose failures, and restore aircraft to peak performance standards.

What You'll Do

• Execute aircraft maintenance inspections and repairs according to FAA regulations and manufacturer specifications
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems on Cessna and Beechcraft models
• Perform component replacement, adjustment, and functional testing
• Document all maintenance work accurately and maintain compliance records
• Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and safety standards
• Respond to diverse maintenance needs across different aircraft types and configurations

What We're Looking For

• Current FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certificate
• Proven experience performing hands-on aircraft maintenance and repair
• Deep working knowledge of aircraft systems and maintenance procedures
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
• Commitment to aviation safety and attention to detail
• Ability to work various shifts in a collaborative team environment
