What This Role Involves
Catholic Homes is seeking an experienced Exercise Physiologist to join our team in providing high-quality home care services. The role involves developing and implementing tailored exercise programs for clients with varying needs, ensuring their physical well-being and quality of life are enhanced.
Core Duties
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand each client’s individual health status and goals.

Who We're Looking For
We are looking for a dedicated Exercise Physiologist who has a passion for improving the lives of our clients through exercise and wellness. Key requirements include:
- A Degree in Exercise Physiology or related field.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience working with older adults in home care settings.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
- The ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of client-centered care.
