Position Summary

The Home Care Coordinator / Scheduler is a key member of the Rehoboth Elderly Care and Companionship team. This role is responsible for coordinating and scheduling all home care services for our elderly clients. As the operational hub between clients, caregivers, and management, this position ensures that every client receives the right care from the right caregiver at the right time.

Core Duties

• Coordinate and schedule home care services for elderly clients
• Ensure timely and accurate communication among clients, caregivers, and management
• Assist in the recruitment and training of new caregivers as needed
• Maintain client records and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
• Support administrative tasks related to home care services

Qualifications

• Experience in home care or elderly care services is preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Able to work effectively with clients, caregivers, and management
• Familiarity with scheduling software and client record systems
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
