Role Overview

This position serves a vital function in support of the company's clients, seniors and people with disabilities living independently in their homes but who need assistance. As a Home Care Aide - HCA, you will provide personal care services and support to ensure the well-being and comfort of our clients.

Core Duties

• Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Prepare meals and assist with eating
• Help with medication management and remind clients to take their medications on time
• Provide transportation assistance for doctor's appointments or other outings
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment for the client
• Document all services provided and report any changes in the client's condition to the supervising nurse or social worker

What You Bring

• A minimum of 6 months of home care experience is preferred, but not required
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening test
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with clients and their families
• A compassionate and patient demeanor
