Simedarby is hiring an Executive, Sales to join our team in Selangor, based at our CMSB Subang Jaya office in Malaysia. This is a full-time position for a results-driven sales professional ready to grow our market presence and build lasting client relationships.

What This Role Involves

As an Executive, Sales at Simedarby, you'll be the driving force behind our sales strategy in the Malaysian market. You'll identify new business opportunities, nurture existing client partnerships, and contribute to our revenue growth across the Selangor region. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on client engagement, requiring someone who can navigate complex sales cycles while building trust and delivering measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets for your assigned territory and client segments
  • Identify, approach, and qualify new prospective clients through research, networking, and proactive outreach
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business
  • Prepare detailed sales proposals, presentations, and formal quotations tailored to client needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth contract negotiation, delivery, and post-sale support
  • Track sales pipeline metrics, forecast revenue, and report progress to management on a regular basis
  • Represent Simedarby professionally at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings

Who We're Looking For

  • Proven track record in B2B sales or account management, ideally in a similar industry or market segment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport across all organizational levels
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with demonstrated ability to manage your own workload and achieve targets independently
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office; experience with sales analytics platforms is a bonus
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Malay or Mandarin is advantageous
  • Willingness to travel within the Selangor region and occasionally beyond to meet clients
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in business, commerce, or a related field
