The Opportunity
This position will be posted for a minimum of 5 days. The Colorado Coalition for the Homeless (CCH) is dedicated to working collaboratively toward the prevention of homelessness and the creation of lasting solutions for homeless and at-risk families, children, and individuals throughout Colorado. Our mission involves advocating for and providing a continuum of housing and various services to improve the health, well-being, and stability of those we serve.
Responsibilities
The Enrollment Specialist will work from each CCH clinic (Stout Street Health Center, West End Health Center, and 48th Avenue Health Center) as needed. Shift hours are Monday through Friday, with potential evening or weekend shifts.

- A passion for working with homeless and at-risk populations
- Exceptional communication skills to engage with clients and colleagues
- Experience in enrollment processes, preferably within a healthcare setting
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
