• Schedule deployments across time zones and track performance dashboards for open, click, and conversion metrics
• Iterate subject lines, preheaders, and calls-to-action based on real-time results to improve future registration rates
• Coordinate last-minute changes or watch-party notices while preserving brand voice and compliance requirements
• Document processes and hand off final reports after each major digital event cycle

Skills & Qualifications

• Hands-on experience coordinating email campaigns tied to events, webinars, or similar live programming
