Your Responsibilities
- Installation and maintenance of IT components
- Rewiring and expansion of workstations' hardware
- Installation and configuration of hardware in client and server areas
- Self-installation of software
- Solving hardware and software problems, handling tickets within defined service levels
- Eigenständige installation changes and, if necessary, software configuration
Who We're Looking For
- Diploma in IT-Systemelektroniker/in, Informationselektroniker/in or Mechatroniker/in, or equivalent qualification
- First experience in the maintenance of IT components and implementation of customer requirements
- Experience in repairing hardware (laptop, PC)
- Preferring certifications from Lenovo, Dell or Hewlett Packard, but not mandatory
- Team-oriented work style
