Role Overview

Gpac is a national executive search firm specializing in recruitment for the electrical construction industry. We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager / Estimator to join our client's team based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

<h2-Core Duties

• Manage and oversee all aspects of electrical projects from initial planning through completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met.
• Prepare detailed project estimates and budgets, including material costs, labor, and other expenses to support competitive bidding processes.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals and timelines.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, track progress, and identify potential risks or issues that may impact the project timeline or budget.
• Supervise and mentor junior staff members, ensuring they have the necessary tools and support to perform their roles effectively.

<h2-What We're Looking For

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical construction projects, with a proven track record of successful project management and estimation.
• Strong leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and lead teams towards achieving project goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
• Familiarity with industry-specific software tools and technologies used in project management and estimating.
