About This Position
A highly respected and growing law firm is seeking experienced attorneys to join its team due to an overwhelming increase in client demand. The position offers a fully remote work environment with opportunities for professional growth and development.
Responsibilities
- Handle bankruptcy cases including Chapter 7, Chapter 11, and Chapter 12 filings
- Represent clients in adversary proceedings as both plaintiffs and defendants
- Provide legal counsel to clients on various matters related to bankruptcy law
- Prepare and file necessary legal documents with the court
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and the court
What You Bring
- Mid-Level Associate or above experience in bankruptcy law
- Strong knowledge of federal and state bankruptcy laws
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- A proven track record of handling complex legal cases
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously
