What You'll Do
- Execute advanced diagnostics and repairs on BMW vehicles and premium European makes
- Lead complex repair operations while maintaining meticulous attention to manufacturer specifications
- Train and guide junior technicians in diagnostic procedures and repair best practices
- Maintain comprehensive service documentation and communicate findings clearly to customers
- Stay current with evolving automotive technology and industry repair standards
- Collaborate with the service team while managing your own workload efficiently
What We're Looking For
- Master technician certification or equivalent demonstrated mastery in BMW and European automotive service
- Extensive hands-on experience diagnosing and repairing complex mechanical and electrical systems
