About the Role

The Director of Properties oversees the end-to-end administration and coordination of property and lease activities that support our transportation operations. You'll own real estate asset management, maintain strong compliance with lease agreements and regulatory frameworks, and identify opportunities to optimize our property portfolio in ways that generate measurable revenue and operational value. This is a hands-on leadership position where your strategic vision directly shapes how we manage and deploy our physical assets.

What You'll Do

• Direct the management and administration of all property and lease portfolios, ensuring efficient asset utilization
• Develop and execute property strategies that align with organizational objectives and transportation system needs
• Monitor and enforce compliance with all lease agreements, local regulations, and industry standards
• Evaluate new property acquisition and disposition opportunities to support revenue and operational goals
• Oversee lease negotiations, renewals, and vendor relationships to secure favorable terms
• Manage budgets, forecast costs, and track key property performance metrics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate property management with operational planning
