About the Role

As Director of Operations, you'll take ownership of our operational infrastructure and day-to-day business execution. You'll report directly to senior leadership and partner with department heads to drive efficiency, eliminate bottlenecks, and implement best practices throughout the organization. This is a strategic position that demands both hands-on management and big-picture thinking.

What You'll Do

• Oversee all operational functions and ensure smooth, coordinated business processes across departments
• Develop and execute operational strategies that improve productivity, reduce costs, and drive performance
• Manage, mentor, and build high-performing operations teams that deliver results
• Monitor key performance indicators and use data to identify improvement opportunities
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with finance, HR, and other departments to align operations with company goals
• Implement systems and procedures that enhance efficiency and scalability

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of operations, business management, or similar leadership experience
• Demonstrated success managing operational teams and delivering measurable results
• Strong knowledge of business processes, workflow optimization, and continuous improvement
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and build collaborative relationships
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
