About the Role

As Director of Ecommerce, you'll oversee all digital sales channels and shape the online strategy for a rapidly growing company in the early childhood education space. You'll be responsible for driving revenue growth, optimizing customer experience, and building a world-class ecommerce operation that reflects Hadley Designs' commitment to quality and accessibility.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute a comprehensive ecommerce strategy across all digital platforms to increase market reach and sales
• Manage website performance, user experience, and conversion optimization initiatives
• Lead marketing campaigns and promotional strategies that speak to parents and educators
• Oversee team operations, including hiring, training, and performance management
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer data to inform business decisions
• Collaborate with product, design, and operations teams to ensure seamless customer journeys
• Manage ecommerce technology infrastructure, vendor relationships, and budget allocation

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of ecommerce leadership experience, with proven success growing online sales
• Deep understanding of digital marketing, consumer behavior, and online retail operations
• Track record of building and scaling high-performing teams
• Proficiency with ecommerce platforms, analytics tools, and digital merchandising strategies
• Strong business acumen and ability to drive profitability while maintaining brand integrity
• Passion for early childhood education and creating products that enrich children's development
