The Director of Asset Management for Residential/Commercial at Aldar will own the asset-class strategy and performance, aligned with overall portfolio objectives. The role involves driving Net Operating Income (NOI), occupancy, asset value, and sustainable returns through active asset management. Responsibilities include leading leasing, asset enhancement, and commercialization to optimize asset performance and value. Utilize AI, analytics, and market insights to enhance decision-making and performance.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Asset Strategy & Performance: Own the asset management strategy and business plan for the assigned portfolio. Shape multi-year hold, enhance or exit views in line with portfolio strategy and market cycle. Deliver NOI, occupancy, rental growth, and asset performance against approved targets.
- Leasing & Commercial Optimization: Lead leasing, pricing, and retention strategies based on market positioning and asset performance. Set tenant-mix, anchor, and covenant strategy to strengthen the asset position.

- Proven experience in residential/commercial asset management with a strong track record of achieving financial targets.
- Deep understanding of market dynamics, including AI, analytics, and market insights.
- Strategic thinking and ability to drive value-enhancement initiatives.
- Strong leadership skills, capable of leading cross-functional teams.
