About the Role
In this position you will act as the primary photographer and production lead for both still and moving image projects, ensuring that all visual assets meet brand standards and support a variety of business initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Conceptualize and execute photo and video shoots that highlight new products, retail programs, and e‑commerce needs.
- Oversee the entire production workflow, from pre‑production planning and talent coordination to post‑production editing and asset delivery.
- Maintain an organized digital asset library, applying consistent naming conventions and metadata for easy retrieval.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to translate briefs into compelling visual narratives.
- Stay current with industry trends in photography, lighting, and video technology to continuously improve output quality.
- Manage vendor relationships and equipment budgets while adhering to project timelines.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a photographer and video producer, preferably within a consumer goods or manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency with professional camera systems, lighting gear, and editing software such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to juggle multiple assignments and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication abilities and a collaborative mindset when working across departments.
- A keen eye for detail, composition, and color consistency that aligns with brand guidelines.
- Experience shooting for product packaging, retail displays, and online platforms is a plus.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deliver high‑quality work under pressure.
