Data Solutions Analyst, Highmark Health - Concord, New Hampshire

Role Overview

This position involves a hybrid work schedule. Candidates residing within a 50-mile radius of a Highmark office will be required to work onsite Tuesday through Thursday. Those living outside this radius will work remotely. The role is focused on one or more analytical aspects of the business products and services life cycle, within a defined sub-product scope.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze data to support decision-making processes for various business products and services.
• Develop and maintain analytical models and tools to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement in product and service delivery.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis findings.

What We're Looking For

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Statistics, or Business Analytics.
• Experience in data analysis, preferably within the healthcare industry.
• Familiarity with data modeling and statistical analysis tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
