About the Role
As our Enterprise Customer Success Manager, you'll own the growth and satisfaction of 30–40 high-value accounts, including leading institutional firms such as Blackstone, MetLife, and Nuveen. You'll work directly with investment professionals managing hundreds of millions in real estate capital, building strategic partnerships that ensure they achieve their investment goals through Dealpath's platform.
What You'll Do
- Manage and nurture a diverse portfolio of enterprise real estate investment clients, serving as a trusted advisor throughout their customer journey
- Conduct quarterly business reviews and strategic planning sessions to align platform usage with client objectives and identify expansion opportunities
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams to resolve complex customer issues and influence product roadmap priorities based on enterprise feedback
- Proactively monitor account health, usage patterns, and engagement to identify at-risk customers and retention opportunities
- Document and share best practices across the customer base to accelerate time-to-value and drive platform adoption
- Track and report on key success metrics, including customer satisfaction, retention, and net revenue retention for your portfolio
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record managing enterprise software accounts or complex B2B customer relationships, preferably in commercial real estate, investment technology, or related sectors
- Self-motivated and resourceful; comfortable operating independently while building cross-functional alignment
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence C-level and investment professionals
- Experience creating and executing customer success strategies that drive retention, expansion, and referral revenue
- Ability to analyze data and use metrics to inform strategic account decisions
- Familiarity with real estate investment processes or institutional capital markets is a plus
