CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE at Amentum in Alice Springs

Position Summary

Amentum is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our Support Services Centre team based in Alice Springs. Reporting directly to the Customer Service Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing all customer service inquiries and requests, ranging from resource reservations to maintenance work orders or general information about Alice Springs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve a variety of customer service enquiries and requests.
• Handle resource reservations, work orders, and maintenance-related requests.
• Provide accurate and timely information on Alice Springs resources and services.
• Collaborate with the SSC Planning and Scheduling team to ensure efficient service delivery.

What You Bring

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A strong customer service orientation and ability to provide excellent support.
• Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus.
