About the Role

As a Customer Care & Sales Advisor I, you'll be the direct point of contact for Cable One customers throughout Nevada, Vernon County. Working full-time in a supportive, collaborative team, you'll handle diverse customer interactions—from service questions to billing clarification to appointment scheduling. Your ability to listen, understand customer needs, and deliver practical solutions will directly impact customer satisfaction and loyalty.

What You'll Do

  • Manage inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding cable, internet, and voice services
  • Address billing questions, explain charges, and discuss account options with clarity and professionalism
  • Schedule technician visits and coordinate service appointments that work for customers
  • Process service requests, including plan modifications, additions, and cancellations
  • Identify and present relevant product upgrades and services that fit customer needs
  • Maintain detailed, accurate records of all customer interactions and account changes
  • Meet performance standards and follow company procedures to ensure quality and compliance

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer service experience or demonstrated ability to work effectively with people
  • Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Basic computer skills and willingness to learn company systems
  • Problem-solving attitude and genuine interest in resolving customer concerns
  • Availability for full-time work, with flexibility for shift scheduling
