About the Role

One Workplace partners with leading healthcare organizations, universities, and medical facilities to design workspaces and develop strategies that reflect their mission and vision. As our Creative Strategist–Healthcare, you'll shape how healthcare clients present themselves, engage their teams, and connect with their communities through creative vision rooted in industry expertise.

What You'll Do

• Develop comprehensive creative strategies for healthcare clients, informed by market research and client objectives
• Lead brainstorming and ideation sessions with cross-functional teams to generate original concepts and campaigns
• Craft messaging frameworks and brand narratives that resonate in the healthcare sector while meeting regulatory and compliance standards
• Translate client briefs into strategic recommendations backed by insights and competitive analysis
• Collaborate with designers, content creators, and project teams to bring strategies to life
• Present creative recommendations and strategy to clients with clarity and confidence
• Stay informed on healthcare industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging best practices

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in creative strategy, healthcare marketing, or related fields
• Demonstrated portfolio showcasing strategic thinking and original creative work
• Strong understanding of healthcare industry dynamics, messaging, and compliance considerations
• Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to think strategically while remaining detail-oriented and organized
• Collaborative mindset with ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects
• Curiosity and drive to learn, innovate, and solve complex client challenges
