About This Position

The Funding Officer (FO) will be responsible for acquiring and managing funds within the corporate segment in the assigned area. The FO's responsibilities go beyond acquiring funds; the role also involves managing customer relationships, maintaining existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Achieving funding targets for the corporate segment.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Identifying potential new business opportunities through market analysis and client engagement.
• Maintaining a high level of customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Managing existing customer accounts, including renewals and upselling opportunities.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients and colleagues.
• Experienced in financial analysis and market research.
• A proven track record of successful fund acquisition and management.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Possess a relevant bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
