Position Summary

The Finance, Accounting & Reporting Lead role at Amarbank involves overseeing end-to-end operational and governance ownership in financial accounting and regulatory reporting compliance. This position requires managing a finance, accounting, and reporting team to ensure alignment with the business, accounting standards, and regulatory compliance.

Your Responsibilities

• Oversee financial closing processes in compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Manage financial reporting preparation processes for the board of management and shareholders.
• Ensure the timeliness and accuracy of regulatory report submissions to Bank Indonesia and OJK.
• Assess internal controls, monitor, and propose improvements within the Finance, Accounting, and Reporting Circle.
• Lead the assessment and implementation of new accounting standards and regulations related to financial reporting.
• Liaise with external parties such as Bank Indonesia, OJK, auditors, involving financial matters and inquiries.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in related fields, preferably from a reputable public accounting firm or bank. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance-related field is required. Familiarity with Accounting Standards (especially PSAK 109) and OJK banking regulations related to financial reporting is essential. Knowledgeable in banking transactions/activities, including journal entries & financial statements preparation. Strong analytical and structured thinking skills are necessary, along with experience leading a team.
