What This Role Involves

The role of a Finance and Investor Relations professional at Amarbank involves managing the financial performance, strategy, and communication with investors. You will be responsible for preparing and presenting financial reports, conducting investor meetings, and ensuring transparency in all financial communications.

Your Responsibilities

• Prepare and present quarterly and annual financial reports to internal and external stakeholders
• Facilitate investor relations activities including earnings calls, roadshows, and one-on-one meetings
• Monitor market trends and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions
• Develop and maintain relationships with key investors, analysts, and media
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to financial reporting and disclosure

Requirements

• A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in finance and investor relations
• Strong knowledge of financial markets and regulations
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Familiarity with financial modeling and analysis tools
