This full-time position provides essential administrative support to our adult services program, working under general supervision of the Program Manager to ensure smooth operations and excellent service delivery.

About the Role

In this consumer support role, you'll deliver the clerical and secretarial support that enables our adult services teams to focus on what matters most—helping adults with developmental disabilities achieve their goals. You'll manage various administrative tasks connected to case management while maintaining the strong work habits, attendance reliability, and punctuality our clients depend on. This position has no supervisory responsibilities, allowing you to concentrate on high-quality support work.

What You'll Do

• Execute clerical functions that support case management across diverse consumer situations
• Create and maintain organized records and documentation for program continuity
• Assist the Program Manager and service teams with administrative tasks
• Process documentation and materials related to ongoing consumer cases
• Manage data entry, scheduling, and filing systems with accuracy
• Handle consumer and staff inquiries, coordinating appointments as needed

Compensation

This position offers an hourly wage of $20.27 to $28.52, with a $250 sign-on bonus following successful completion of your first 90 days.
