About the Role

This full‑time role provides an essential security presence on active construction sites, helping to protect personnel, equipment, and materials. The schedule consists of 12‑hour shifts with an hourly wage ranging from $18.00 to $20.00.

What You'll Do

• Monitor site entrances and exits, verifying identification and logging all visitors, vendors, and deliveries, and personnel.
• Conduct regular foot and vehicle patrols to deter theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access.
• Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, or safety incidents, following established emergency procedures.
• Prepare accurate incident reports and maintain detailed shift logs for client review.
• Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
• Enforce site‑specific safety policies, including personal protective equipment requirements and hazardous area restrictions.
• Provide a visible, professional presence that reassures workers and supports a secure work environment.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent; prior security or law enforcement experience is a plus.
• Valid Arizona guard card or ability to obtain one upon hire.
• Strong observational skills and the ability to remain alert during extended shifts.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with diverse site personnel and reporting clearly.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and orderly construction environment.
• Capability to work independently while adhering to client protocols and supervisor instructions.
