About the Role
We're seeking an experienced attorney to play a central role in a thriving equity derivatives group. You'll work on sophisticated legal documentation, strategic structuring, and compliance matters that directly impact product development and client relationships in financial services.
What You'll Do
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex legal agreements for equity derivative transactions, equity swaps, and related financing arrangements
- Analyze regulatory requirements and structural considerations for sophisticated equity-linked products
- Collaborate closely with business teams, risk and compliance groups, and internal counsel to support product launches and ongoing compliance
- Provide legal guidance on transaction documentation, structure, and execution
- Support stakeholders across business development, operations, and regulatory functions
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated experience in derivatives, capital markets, or structured products documentation
- Strong understanding of equity derivatives, swaps, and related financing instruments
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills with the ability to synthesize complex technical and legal requirements
- Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams including business, compliance, and senior management
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Relevant law degree and bar admission
