The Opportunity
We are seeking a Confidential Executive Associate to the President at CUNY's Bronx Community College (BCC). BCC is located in the University Heights section of the Bronx, overlooking the Harlem River. With over 10,500 matriculated and non-matriculated students from more than 120 countries, this role will be integral to supporting the President in various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Provide confidential executive support to the President, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
- Handle correspondence, both internal and external, ensuring timely responses and accurate information.
- Assist with special projects as directed by the President, including research and report preparation.
- Maintain confidentiality in all matters related to the position.
What You Bring
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in executive support roles within a higher education environment is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
