Core Duties

• Oversee the daily operations of the concierge desk, including managing reservations, providing information about local attractions, and handling special requests.
• Train and mentor a team of concierge staff to ensure high standards of service are maintained at all times.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate events, activities, and services for guests.
• Analyze guest feedback and make recommendations to improve the concierge department's performance.
• Ensure compliance with Marriott's policies and procedures while maintaining a positive work environment.

Skills & Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar managerial role within hospitality or related industries is required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for this position.
• Prior experience with guest relations and event coordination is preferred.
• Knowledge of local area attractions, restaurants, and services is beneficial.
