The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Engineering Associate to join our team at Marriott in Bangalore. As an integral part of our engineering department, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving the facilities and ensuring the smooth operation of all systems within the premises.

• Perform routine maintenance tasks on building systems
• Assist with minor repairs and troubleshooting
• Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Support in the planning and coordination of capital improvement projects
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities

Core Duties

The role involves a wide range of responsibilities, from performing daily maintenance tasks to contributing to long-term facility management strategies. You will work closely with other engineering staff and facilities teams to ensure that the property operates efficiently and safely.

Who We're Looking For

• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
• Familiarity with building systems such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire safety
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic knowledge of maintenance software and tools
