Position Summary

At Darwin Homes, we are revolutionizing the rental experience by providing a seamless and efficient process for both residents and property owners. As a Senior Associate, Leasing, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our leasing operations to ensure an exceptional experience for prospective tenants while driving occupancy rates.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage the entire leasing process from initial contact with potential tenants to final move-in
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, including background checks and credit evaluations
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and future residents
• Analyze market trends and provide insights to improve leasing strategies
• Lead efforts to increase occupancy rates through effective marketing and communication

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management or related field
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for on-site visits as needed
• Experience with performance-based commission structures is a plus
