Role Overview
RAM Partners, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join our team at Jewel at Santa Rosa Beach. As a full-service real estate management company with over 80,000 apartments managed across the United States, we specialize in multi-family community management for various third-party owners. This role will be part-time and based out of our office in Santa Rosa Beach.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain a high volume of leasing inquiries from potential residents
- Process applications efficiently and accurately, ensuring compliance with company policies
- Perform move-in and move-out procedures, including inspections and final walkthroughs
- Communicate effectively with current residents to address concerns and resolve issues promptly
- Participate in marketing efforts to attract new tenants through various channels
What You Bring
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar leasing or customer service role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and property management software
- Prior experience with CRM systems is preferred but not required
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
