Role Overview
Sares-Regis Group is seeking a dynamic Leasing Consultant to join our team in Long Beach. As a key member of the property management department, you will be responsible for leasing and maintaining high occupancy levels in our multifamily communities.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Screen and qualify potential tenants through thorough interviews and application reviews
- Prepare and negotiate lease agreements with prospective tenants
- Manage the move-in process, including preparing units for new residents
- Handle tenant relations, addressing concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Monitor rental income and expenses to ensure financial goals are met
- Collaborate with property management team to maintain high standards of cleanliness and maintenance
Skills & Qualifications
