At Finatal, we are seeking a Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team in New York, New York. As a leading executive search business focused on Private Equity searches across North America, you will play a crucial role in placing C-suite talent into funds and portfolio companies. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough candidate research and screening for executive positions within Private Equity firms and their portfolio companies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates, including networking and attending industry events.
- Assist in preparing comprehensive candidate profiles and presentations for clients.
- Support the recruitment process from initial contact to final placements, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
Requirements
- A recent graduate with a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
