Associate Recruitment Consultant (Bilingual Korean, Chinese and Japanese)

About the Role

This is a full-time position dedicated to identifying, sourcing, and placing candidates in roles that match their skills and career aspirations. Working Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, you'll leverage Cesna Recruitment's established network to build relationships with clients and candidates, focusing on placements in markets with high demand for multilingual professionals.

What You'll Do

• Source and evaluate candidates with proficiency in Korean, Chinese, and Japanese for open positions
• Conduct interviews and assessments to understand candidate qualifications and career goals
• Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers and company partners
• Present qualified candidates to clients and facilitate the matching process
• Manage the recruitment pipeline from initial contact through successful placement
• Work collaboratively with team members to exceed placement targets and client expectations

What We're Looking For

• Fluency in Korean, Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese), and Japanese—oral and written
• Recruitment or talent acquisition experience, or demonstrated success in client-facing sales or service roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple candidate and client relationships simultaneously
• Organized, detail-oriented approach to process management
• Enthusiasm for helping others find career-changing opportunities
