About the Role

We're seeking an experienced portfolio management leader to oversee a complex, dynamic credit portfolio within our Commercial Bank's Credit Execution Team. Based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, you'll drive lending strategy, manage client relationships, and execute high-value transactions across multiple asset classes. This full-time position offers the opportunity to shape commercial banking outcomes for mid-market businesses and build lasting partnerships with key clients.

What You'll Do

• Manage and optimize a diversified commercial credit portfolio spanning Commercial & Industrial lending, Commercial Real Estate financings, and Investor Real Estate transactions
• Oversee credit risk assessment, loan documentation, and approval processes for complex middle-market deals
• Build and maintain relationships with middle-market borrowers, serving as a strategic advisor on financing solutions
• Collaborate with underwriting, legal, and operations teams to execute transactions efficiently
• Monitor portfolio performance, identify emerging risks, and implement proactive management strategies
• Contribute to business development and revenue growth within your assigned portfolio segment

What We're Looking For

• Extensive experience in commercial banking, credit management, or portfolio management roles
• Deep knowledge of Commercial & Industrial lending, Commercial Real Estate, and investor real estate financing
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex credit structures and financial statements
• Demonstrated success building client relationships and managing high-stakes negotiations
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive collaborative problem-solving
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or related field; MBA preferred
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
