As a Coffee Shop Barista at Hyvee, you'll be the heart of our café operation. Core Duties

• Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks, espresso beverages, and cold beverages with precision and consistency
• Operate barista equipment and the point-of-sale system, processing transactions accurately and efficiently
• Take customer orders and provide friendly, knowledgeable beverage recommendations
• Prepare food items, including pastries and snacks, following food safety guidelines
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including equipment maintenance and sanitization
• Stock supplies and manage inventory for the coffee shop
• Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during peak and slower hours
• Provide exceptional customer service and handle inquiries with professionalism and warmth
