What You'll Do
- Greet and serve guests with attentive, professional hospitality in an upscale dining setting
- Present and recommend cocktails, wines, and spirits with knowledge and confidence
- Prepare and serve beverages according to established standards and guest preferences
- Ensure accurate, timely service while maintaining awareness of guest needs throughout their visit
- Process beverage orders and payments with care and professionalism
- Comply with all federal and state alcohol service regulations
- Collaborate with bartending, kitchen, and service staff to coordinate seamless dining experiences
- Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of service stations and equipment
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Current state-issued identification and food service alcohol certification (TIPS, ServSafe Alcohol, or similar)
- One to two years of cocktail service or fine dining beverage experience
- Strong working knowledge of spirits, wines, and cocktail preparation
- Polished communication and interpersonal skills with genuine service orientation
- Physical capability to stand for extended periods and work flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends
- Attention to detail and composure in a dynamic service environment
- Full-time availability and reliability
