About This Position
This is a hands-on CNC machining role focused on manufacturing premium outdoor plastic furniture parts. You'll operate precision CNC equipment to produce duct spacer and other furniture components that meet exacting tolerances and quality standards. The position runs 7 evenings to 7 mornings on a rotating 2-week schedule, ideal for those who thrive on second-shift operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain CNC machinery to produce duct spacer and related furniture components
- Monitor production runs for accuracy, dimensional consistency, and surface quality
- Adjust machine settings and tooling to optimize output while maintaining specifications
- Conduct quality inspections and documentation throughout each shift
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work station
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
What You Bring
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in manufacturing or CNC machine operation
- Strong attention to detail with commitment to producing zero-defect work
- Solid critical thinking skills to troubleshoot machine issues and optimize processes
- Genuine dedication to workplace safety and established protocols
- Ability to work reliably on a 7PM-7AM rotating schedule
