About the Role

As a Clinical Nurse Coordinator for Trauma and Spine, you'll be essential to our care delivery model, managing the flow of patient information, coordinating care activities across our clinical team, and ensuring seamless communication between providers, nursing staff, and patients. What You'll Do

• Coordinate care activities and communication between physicians, nurses, specialists, and support staff
• Manage patient scheduling, intake, and referrals for trauma and spine specialty services
• Track patient progress and contribute to care planning and clinical outcomes
• Support clinical workflow and assist with administrative responsibilities in the trauma and spine unit
• Communicate with patients and families regarding care needs, appointments, and procedures
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations

What We're Looking For

• Current nursing licensure as RN or LPN
• Proven experience in a clinical or nursing coordination role, preferably in an acute care setting
• Excellent organizational and communication skills in a dynamic clinical environment
