  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including radiology and nephrology, to optimize stone prevention strategies.
  • Engage in quality assurance projects and peer review to enhance patient safety and outcomes.

What We're Looking For

  • Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or equivalent degree.
  • Board certification in urology, or eligibility for certification.
  • Hold an active Florida medical license.
  • Demonstrated expertise in ureteroscopy, percutaneous nephrolithotomy, laparoscopic, and robotic stone surgery.
  • Commitment to academic medicine, including teaching and mentorship of trainees.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with patients, learners, and colleagues.
  • Familiarity with electronic medical record platforms and clinical documentation best practices.
  • Ability to teach procedural skills using simulation and hands‑on workshops.
  • Commitment to maintaining continuing medical education and staying current with endoscopic technology advances.
